The Pros:Change weights allow you to customize it to your swing.
The Cons:Weights are going to make a MINOR difference, but will not cure bad swings (no club can or should, but don't buy it thinking it is going to turn a banana slice into a pure drive down the gut).
This a great driver. Awesome control and distance.

#taylormade_r7_driver I set it up to hit a slight draw, and it served me reasonably well. I recently hit a friend's Cobra Speed F driver and he hit my R7. We each asked to trade, even though we loved our respective driver.
I now hit the Cobra great, but that takes nothing away from the TM R7.
