MARILYN HALL: #spike_brand_dog_collar I HAVE OWNED THIS COLLAR FOR QUITE SOMETIME AND ARE VERY HAPPY WITH IT'S PROFORMANCE. UNFORTUNELY I JUST ORDERED A REPLACEMENT FROM SPIKE THE SHOP ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE COLLAR AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BASICALLY NON EXISTANT, THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!
