Product Shot 1 The Pros:Has a rich, full sound that sounds great for music playback in a small living room. Highs sound crisp without being tinny or harsh. Audio is good from all sources with no major decreases in performance between iPod, USB, AUX.

The Cons:EQ is a bit limited, only gives you 3 bands to work with. Bass gets a little muddy and indistinct. Display can't be customized to show animations or other images when listening to the radio.

The Sony LBT-LCD77Di is a high-end mini shelf system with an integrated iPod dock and a 9" LCD display for video playback. It also features 420W (RMS) total power output, karaoke mode, 3-way Hybrid Dual Woofers and video/audio outputs.

The LBT-LCD77Di's 9" LCD display allows it to function as a DVD player - while also supporting regular CD, CD-R, and MP3-CD playback - as well as video playback directly from USB devices, but no iPod video playback is supported. Its 3-way Hybrid Dual Woofers provide the LBT-LCD77Di with a moderately wide frequency response with equal performance from low to high for a balanced sound. Meanwhile, the LBT-LCD77Di's composite video and digital audio outputs allow it to be hooked up to an external display.
