Sony BRAVIA KDL-52V5100
$2,300.00
Released March, 2009
The Pros:HD channels look spectacular, all the detail stands right out. Sports are rendered smoothly with no judder or blur. Large enough screen for larger rooms, provides a big view of the action.
The Cons:Non-HD channels look dramatically bad, no real upscaling. Motionflow can look strange on a lot of programming, might need to turn it off. Large and heavy unit, will need at least 2 people to get it set up.
