todalan : #shure_e2 you will notice the difference.. fur shure... the thick plastic buds block out much of the ambient noises around you.. a warning for those who would choose to cycle and listen... i've been surprised by the clarity and distillation of sound.. so much that have heard new layers of sound with these entry level headphones..

my *qualm* .. the plastic that encases the wires grows brittle over time.. and wear.. the high end shure head phones have a more durable plastic to protect the cord... they should include this on all models.. Nov 2, 08

Juaquin: #shure_e2 These are about 5x better than your standard $20-30 earbuds. You definitely get your money's worth, and you can easily find them for well under $100. They have great sound quality, just look around, lots of great reviews. My only qualm is that after a little over two years, the right bud's connection is loose. The warranty was unfortunately only two years. The cord is pretty sturdy but that's something to watch out for. Oct 7, 07

Whipdaddy: #shure_e2 I have been looking at these types of "rubber fitted earphone" type of ear-buds mainly for use in the gym. Has anyone tried these? I dont mind throwing down $100 if they are worth the noticeable audio quality over a cheaper pair for $20-30. Jan 26, 07
