Samsung Ultra Edition 5.9 (U100)

How thin can cell phones go? Samsung is testing the limits of engineering with the new U100 that beats their old super thin cell by 5mm. The U100 measures in at an incredible 5.9mm thick which is just over half of a centimeter and a quarter of an inch.

Amazingly enough, Samsung hasn't sacrificed functionality to reach this size. The camera packs in all the features that most new medium to high end cells are carrying: a 3.2MP camera, 80MB of internal storage with an expandable microSD slot, Bluetooth, and the requisite media playback capabilities.
