Pabst Blue Ribbon or as it's most commonly referred to as PBR is an American beer sold by Pabst Brewing Company. It was originally established in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1882 but is now based primarily in Los Angeles.

Pabst is now "contract brewed" in 6 different breweries owned by Miller brewing Company across the United States. The beer experienced a sales revival in the early 2000s after a two decade-long slump, largely due to its increasing popularity among hipsters.
