#mitsubishi_wd_62825 DO NOT BUY ANY MITSUBISHI PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEIR CONSUMER SERVICE STINKS! I'VE BEEN WAITING ABOUT 2 MONTHS FOR A PART FOR THE 62825 AND ALL THEY CAN DO IS KEEP POSTPONING THE DELIVERY OF THE PART WITH NOTHING BUT SORRY. THEY ALSO KEEP SAYING THEY WILL HAVE SOMEONE HIGHER UP CALL ME BACK BUT AFTER 4 PROMISES I'VE LOST ANY RESPECT FOR THIS COMPANY. THIS IS NOT AN OLD TV BUT THEY HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THE MODULE AND IT HAS BEEN ON BACKORDER. THE REPAIR SHOP THAT IS HANDLING MY REPAIR HAVE 5 TV'S WITH THE SAME PROBLEM-- ALL MITSUBISHI!
