LOCAL BOYS focuses on two southern California brothers--12-year-old Skeet (Jeremy Sumpter) and his older surfer sibling, Randy (Eric Christian Olsen). When Randy gives his little brother a surf board for his birthday, Skeet sets out to learn the ropes of surfing.
