The KDC-HD548U is a vehicular CD/radio receiver from the Kenwood company. Capable of playing back high-quality multi-format audio in a number of different ways, this model features a sleek matte black aesthetic with blue LED highlighting for a modern edge.

Product Shot 2 Users can insert and play back their own official CDs in addition to custom-made CD-R, CD-RW and MP3/WMA CD discs. Additional content support is available via front-mounted USB and auxiliary inputs, making it possible to connect an Apple iDevice or other portable media player. Track information is displayed on the unit's 1-line, 13-digit FL display, which also provides the user with visual reference of EQ and volume adjustment. The inclusion of an HD radio tuner enables noise-free access to a wide variety of both AM and FM stations, with mixed preset tuning available for storing favorite channel shortcuts within the unit's 6 hard buttons. Three 2.5-volt preamp outputs are included for supplementing the receiver with additional speakers and subwoofers, coupled with a remote control for fast, risk-free content navigation.
