The Dyson DC21 Stowaway is Dyson's only cannister (versus upright) vacuum cleaner. The Stowaway is a compact machine that features Dyson's proprietary Root Cyclone technology, boasting powerful suction capabilities comparable to the uprights.

One of the unique features to the DC21 is that it has a motorized brush head with strong bristles that work well for pet hair and deep cleaning of carpets. The DC21 also cleans hardwood floors with a specialized hardwood floor tool.
