shadowtech: #direct_canada I've ordered a few times from these guys, and I have been satisfied for the most part. They generally have really good prices and reasonable shipping charges.

However, if you want to add an item to an order (or cancel one), there is no way to do that on the website. Instead, you must contact customer support through a form on their website and request a change.
However, in my experience I have not been able to add items/cancel orders because my "order was already fully processed," even though my items had not actually shipped out yet.

Overall I would recommend Direct Canada, but do not expect top-notch customer service like I've found with Amazon and Canada Computers. Jul 20, 09
