Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a breakfast cereal that is manufactured by General Mills and Nestle and was first introduced in 1984.  The cereal aims to replicate the taste of cinnamon toast in a bite-size cereal piece and is made of squares of wheat and rice, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.

I just bought a box of these today!! Truly a great cereal, up there with Cap'n Crunch, without the roof of your mouth destruction characteristics. Is it just me, of was Jerry O'Connell in a commercial for these back in the day?

Maybe it was Frosted Flakes... (I have no idea how I remembered this......)
