The Pros:I taste I picked up when recently in England. Very refreshing, and a welcome change from "pop". Not as sweet as drinks like 7up, and less aggressively carbonated than most "soda".
Elderflower Pressé is made from Elderflowers from England countryside and Canadian spring water. It also has quite a lot of sugar (12g per 240ml) so it is sweet, but not clying to the taste as the elderflowers have some natural astringency.

The result is reminiscent of some white wines, without the alcohol of course.
