This ring has a slightly unfinished look with a hammered base and crackled stone. The ring is approximately 1 inch in diameter. The stone is made from rutilated quartz, a subset of quartz found in Australia, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Madagascar, Norway, Pakistan and the United States.

Rutilated quartz is comprised of regular quartz and rutile, an ore found in titanium. The result is a metal-infused quartz breaking up the stone with metallic bars.
