#acer_travelmate_5602wsmi Bought on specs. Good performance for the price. Battery life around 2hr, not bad for a 17 inch screen. 1440x900. Dual boot windows xp/ubuntu. Works great thanks to Intel Chipset. Some tweaking needed to make screen work fine in Ubuntu. 5 USB ports. No card reader slot nor Firewire. I had a cheap Asus Laptop that had it, also the keyboard feels not well constructed and if you need support for this, you are out of luck because Acer don't even list it as a model but instead as a member of a family, that makes difficult to choose between drivers and most important Bios Upgrades.
