The Big Ruckus isn't your regular scooter. The 250cc engine makes it legal for freeway, so as you zip through traffic, remember to wave a satisfied hello to the rest of us. The Ruckus has a robust steel frame, shift-free Honda V-matic transmission and is big enough to hold a passenger.
